It could be many thing like sinus problems would be first on the list. When sinus are plugged or draining they tend to make all kinds of noises. Squeeks, whistles, ringing things like that. Personally, I have a lot of sinus problems and I get a lot of noises myself. It's very annoying.

Between your throat and nose it's hard to tell which one is making the most sounds.

Ear infections can be another culprit. The eustachian tubes empy at the back of the throat and drain down the throat. That also makes noise.

Sleep apnea or heartburn are also a possibility.
