I also for years have had swelling and pitting in my legs, along with swelling of the hands and puffiness in my face. All tests seem to come out normal. I feel that there has to be an underlying cause. The swelling in my supraclavicular lymph nodes (i think bilateral, but clearly on the right) is fairly new (couple of months). I think I also feel a gland under my right arm.
