Ever since elementary school my hands have trembled. I have never known why and wanting to avoid medication I have ignored it. As I went into middle school it slowly got worse. Now, 3 years later my hands tremble at a much greater rate than they used to. I looked up symptoms on Web MD and all it said was acute stress disorder, while I may have more than one similar symptom such as the shaking and being overly jumpy, and restless, I haven't experienced anything traumatic. My shaking does get worse when I am nervous but is still very present when I am completely at ease. Any ideas on what this could be or what I should do?
