i am 23, experiencing severe night sweats, nausea, and a feeling of being "high" without having taken anything. ideas ?

I am extremely depressed, unable to eat, and when i do nothing tastes right. i am experiencing all the above mentioned syptoms as well as severely debilitating menstral cramps. I have seen a dr several times and different ones and am told there is nothing wrong with me. i am not crazy. can u offer any suggestions
