yes it will still be in your system and will show up on the drug test. It takes 5-7 days to get out of your system. If you have a prescription for it, you don't have to worry about it.

ACTUALLY ITS 72 HOURS

Actually, it's not 72 hours. I quit takin' mine 74 hours before my scheduled appointment with my job interview b/c I didn't want to raise any suspicions about my medical situation. Unfortunately that didn't work. But that is the consequences i have to take for listening to people on here that have no idea about what they are talkin' about. I am 29, 6 foot tall and 217 lbs. That might have something to do with it, but all I know is that it is atleast a lil longer than 72 hrs. atleast. I would give it a week if it is a test that might have severe consequences.

Hydrocodone, Loratab, Vicodin and Amphetimines stay in your system anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks and if blood is drawn traces of any of the above will show. I quit using over 2 months ago and had a UA and Blood work traces of amphetimines and vicodin showed. Marijuana can stay in your system for up to 3 years.

It seems like you could all be wrong, besides the people that said It took a week to get out of your system. It takes 5-7 days to get out of your system depending on your weight and height and how much you took It will be out way before a month is over. But If you are that worried the best thing to do for It Is drink pickle juice and water, and eat lots of Gel-O. But If It is prescription forget about worrying because you are okay! 

If you take Hydrocodone for 1 month and have a surgery following should you stop taking it a few days before the surgery?
