I'm a 48 year old female in reasonably good health, not over weight, no smoking or drinking or drugs. July 2nd I was in a motorcylce accident - the only injury was from twisting and mashing my foot (which was in a boot). two months and about 8 exrays and an MRI later, I was diagnosed by an ortho with having a "deep bone bruise". It is now over, thirty days of physical therapy and a million ibuprofen and 5 months later my foot is still very painful & keeps me up and night.
