
Hi Taline...weight loss can be a challenge! But the basic idea is more calories out than in. So you lose weight either by exercising more or eating less or a combination of both. There are a number of diets that promise quick weight loss, but they don't do anything to change your lifestyle habits or your relationship with food. It's also important to look at your stress levels and amount of sleep you are getting. Beign out of balance in either of those areas can cause your body's cortisol levels to be high...which will then casue you to hold on to weight (especially around your middle).
