I currently have a chesty cough from a common cold or flu and it usually then turns into asthmatic bronchitis, the question I have is how can I cough up phlegm but spit it out, I need to be able to spit it out and i never have been able to hence why I get really bad bronchitis. I have been to the doctor and she said I don't have bronchitis yet. What are my options?
