I recently began HRT for menopause symptoms. Yesterday, I was rubbing my upper arm and noticed a distinct area of heat there - what could be the cause of this??
It may not be related to the HRT - I get very hot patches on my upper arms on a regular basis, and I'm 24. I don't know what it is either, although I guess it could be hormone related in some way
