Hospital discharge letter uuum.....

Posted May 08 2009 11:39pm

I think only on one occasion I have recieved a correct discharge letter.
Well in the last 15 months or so. I wonder what the state is of the rest of my permanent records?
I received this in the post this afternoon.
You will have to click on it(the report) to enlarge it.
I have taken out identifying factors minus my own so they don't 'sic' the Hospital Lawyers onto me again..
Firstly you will find I have defaced the letter in true paint on a lap top style (excuse for illegible writing). I'm not being petty, too many things have gone wrong in the past so mwah does check now.
I love the 'unwell' for one day. Hohoho... try 'weeks' mister, and wasn't it recorded in my notes??
I had the tachycardia and nausea etc for 5 days previously and had clearly mentioned that several times...whatever Trevor, thanks for making me look like a 'Wossy Burke' who has no balls. Or a bloke with a bit of a headache who thinks and acts like he is dying from Ebola Virus.
I like the 'Couldn't tolerate oral A.Bs due to nausea' reference.
Try nausea, retching, not being able to eat for nearly five days with diarhea and stomach cramps worsened by anti-biotics. Body aches and sweats also joined the party(but I know they don't write such trivail stuff).
But no! We will leave that out to make 'mwah' look like a sookie, wanker, o.m.g.
Im am happy for the normal kidneys that is truely awesome.
The infection did start out as E coli, and obviously other bugs descended upon ones bladder.
For those who want to know what Klebsiella is here is a link.
For further information on neuropathic bladders here.
I suppose one will have to wait to see the surgeon before one knows anymore........
