Hi, my father has had an underactive thyroid (and apparent hashimotos although he hasnt had his antibodies tested for a long time) and he has just received blood test results back indicating low iron 10.6umol/L, but high ferritin of 502 ng/mol. His glucose levels are fine. He has been having pains under both armpits (lymph node region) for a while and also a pain in his left side of his chest (looking at pic of body organs, Id say stomach/pancreas areas). His usual doc is away and he's feeling tired and stressed and doesn't know what the problem is, I have tried googling things but cant be sure what the problem is. Please help! Thanks!
