Hi! Could you please tell what could be the reason of burning sensation inside the palm of right hand?

It has started randomly and has been for the last few days.

It is not entire inside of the palm but a small patch close to the small finger.

Sometimes it is just unbearable and I have to put something cold there. Like it was burnt on fire or something.
