Hello I have a pulsating "bulging" artery not vein in palm of hand by thumb. I t does not bother me at all I've had it 4 years..

Hello This pulsating artery never bothers me sometimes I can feel it puls a littl ebut thats all.. I may have had it for years and just noticed it 4 years ago who knows.. I play some recreational sports here and there maybe I hurt it.. I guess the only risk with it being so close to the surface would be cutting should I be worried?
