Have you ever heard of swelling and redness and hot to the touch from brushing your foot against bull nettle?
Posted by

I brushed up against some bull nettle two days ago and rubbed sand on it and the stinging went away. yesterday my foot and ankle became swollen and tight and has redness and hot to the touch. Is this normal and what is best to do?
