the past three years i have experienced intermittent swelling, redness, itching and peeling of several toes, worse in the winter.  one doctor diagnosed raynauds,  another pernio, others don't know for sure.  i was recently diagnosed with rosacea of my chin.  is there a connection.  when my chin has an exacerbation, my toes do also.  my internist says no connection, but it always occurs together.  i believe there is a connection.
