i have had a few painfull and tender lumps appear on the line were the inner upper thigh joins the groin. i have a shooting pain that runs down the inner thigh to my knee. i can follow the pain from groin to knee if i run my finger down my inner thigh. this started about a month ago as i tender lump but now i can feel 3 of them and their all tender .when i walk i can feel the pain run down my inner thigh please can u give me sum advice as i starting to get worried about it thanks.
