my son is nearly 3years old, i noticed that he had some red spots on his arms, they appeared all of a sudden. i done the glass test and that was fine and about an hour later they seemed to have calmed down, i have just given him a bath an have found the spots all over his legs and they have become worse on arms, the spots are not present anywhere else but i am not sure what to do.
