Get blisters when you're out in the sun?

Posted Aug 31 2011 1:26am
Some people develop skin rashes when they are out in the sun.Typically, this causes red bumps or blisters that become itchy and start to burn. It can also result in chills, headache, and nausea.

This is a fairly common condition for those who seek tropical vacations during winter.  The skin blisters can also be caused by certain medications (antibiotics, blood pressure medications) and some lotions which contain alpha or beta hydroxy acids or retinoids from vitamin A

How to avoid it?
You can prevent these skin rashes easily. Do these
  • Wear protective clothing
  • Use a good quality sunscreen when you're out in the sun.
  • Stay way from the sun between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m
  • If you still end up developing those rashes, see your doctor for prescription creams so that you can heal fast.
