A 33y old male pt have had one episode of fresh blood per rectum after defacation, it's a small amount of bright red blood.
no abd pain , no anal pain, no change in bowel habil, no weight loss
nothing except this complaint occured once in the morning & never again
what could this be? may it be related to food? he ate barbique & grilled tomatto in the preceeding night? should he see a doctor ?
