Flat-Footed Squat II

Thanks to Aaron for pointing out this video on hip mobility.  I used it, and this related video to work on my squat today.  I just held a barefoot squat for 15 seconds, while my previous best was only a second or two.

I seem to remember a sequence like this in Gray Cook's book.  I will have to dig it out this weekend to check.  It feels like getting into the squat in this sequence is somehow superior to just dropping into a squat.
