Fever for 8 days (99.5-102), vomiting after eating (pretty soon after) for the last 7 days, body aches & fatigue- Help!

Flu Test Neg; Strep Neg; Mono Neg; ER doc still thought it is mono, but I have vomiting and not a sore throat.
