face swelling

for the past few months I have expierence sudden facial swelling. It only happens on one side at time and will only be one eye or half of my lips. It happens within 15 minutes and lasts for a few hours to a few days. It is not as far as I can tell anything that I eating because it happens randomly and I have been tracking what I eat and when this happens. Any Ideas?
