For some people it can be too overpowering, but for extremely dry skin, especially on the elbows and knees or a rough spot or callous, try a bit of high quality olive oil. Just rub it on as you would a lotion. You can even put a few drops in your bath! Speaking of adding things to your bath...adding oatmeal to your bath is a great way to sooth itchy skin due to rash or chicken pox! It feels great.
