Emergency Hospitalization From Adverse Drug Events: Warfarin The Biggest Culprit

In the US warfarin is by far the greatest cause of adverse drug events leading to emergency hospitalization. This is another reason to ensure that patients are following the most appropriate anticoagulation regimen and that they are closely followed for safety.
