Eat Red Pepper to Heal

Here's something to think about if you got hurt working out - don't stop eating because you're injured and can't burn up the calories!! When injured, it's especially important to eat properly. Your body needs to have as much vitamins and nutrients as possible to repair itself.

If you eat a red pepper, you're looking at almost 400% percent of Vitamin C intake - which is huge for repairing torn ligaments, etc. You should snack on something vitamin C related every few hours. That way, you can get back on the road again in no time.
