Eat More to Lose Stomach Fat

My sister told me that if I wanted to know how to lose stomach fat that I needed to eat more. At first that didn’t make sense but then I did some research and learned she was right. Eating six small healthy meals will make me lose my stomach faster than eating three large meals a day. The logic behind this is that your body is fueled more during the day with mini meals and this gives a boost to your metabolism, which burns more fat.
