Posted Jun 13 2009 12:31am

The border between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda was closed by the health officials in the DRC. This is due to fear of the Ugandan Ebola outbreak spreading to the DRC.

Several markets shared by both countries have also been closed. There is also growing concern that trade and supply shipments will be interrupted by this outbreak.
