Do my white blood and lymphocyte counts shown below indicate an infection.

Intermittent pain in right foot preceeded by sore throat. Blood test's show:

White blood count 9.2 just inside average range 4 - 10

Lymphocyte count 3.9 above average range 1.1 - 3.5

Does this indicate an infection?

A few years ago I spent two weeks in hospital with septicemia
