Why do they all seem to work? It doesn’t make sense as they are all different.
Or are they?
Think about it. What is the one thing they have in common?
People on these diets or eating lifestyles are focused on what they eat. Therefore, they do not eat a bunch of processed foods, high saturated fats, sugar or alcohol.
If one is focused and conscious of what foods they put into their system, they will likely lose weight, sleep better, have more energy and improved mood.
So - forget the diets. Just be conscious of what you buy, where you go to eat and what you eat. That’s all. No secret and no fads.
A great book that was recommended to me by a classmate is entitled exactly what we are talking about: Conscious Eating I have not read all of it, but what I have read, I am highly impressed.
One book. No fads. Eat what you want. Just be conscious of what it is.
