detached shoulder tendons - 2 tendons detached that are too small to reattach?

I have seen a specialist and was informed 2 of my shoulder tendons were atrophied - not able to be re-attached.

No mri due to a pace maker- ultrasound was used to make the determination.

Do I have any options?
