Many of us tied in with the Illinois transplant community are very familiar with fellow blogger Moreena over at Falling Down is Also a Gift.
As I mentioned in a couple recent posts, Moreena’s daughter Annika recently received a liver transplant. The transplant process is rarely a completely smooth process as there is naturally an adjustment phase where your body adapts to having a new organ. After some bumps in the road post-transplant, Moreena posted this video below as an update on her daughter and as a thank you to the donor that gave life to little Annika.
