Cross Country Skiing and Great Toe Arthritis

Cross country skiing is a great winter outdoor activity and considered by some to be the best aerobic fitness activity. Cross country skiers are attached to the ski only at the toe. This frees the heel and allows the skier to kick and glide across the snow.
