i had my appendix out 2 weeks ago while doing volunteer work in Africa. I am concerned about the wound as it has re-opened in the middle and is pussing quite a bit. I went to see my GP the other day and he didnt seem concerned but since then i have lost my apetite and have been really tired and nauseous.
i do not have a fever and the wound doesnt look particularly red/swollen but could this still be infected?
