every summer i get a pimple like rash around my mouth and chin and it will not heal or go away until i am treated with an antibiotic this skin issue has been going on about 4 years within the past year I started getting migrain headaches, asthma symptoms, fatigue and severe joint paint with my right ring finger actually swelling and turning color for no apparent reason. in the past few months I have felt as though I swallowed a rubber ball and it is sitting right at the bottom of my rib cage making it painfull at times to swallow even water and i have severe heartburn at night causing me to feel that I will vomit at times, however when my body tries to burp the "rubber ball" makes it very difficult to do so.
