My two friends and I went sledding up in Big Bear and the three of us went on one sled. I sat in front and crossed my legs so that the three of us could fit. There was a little bump at the bottom of the hill which caused the sled to launch into the air and we landed pretty hard. Because I was crossing my legs, when the sled landed, my left ankle (the part where the bone kind of sticks out) hit the sled really hard. I immediately felt pain and couldn't stand at first. As the day passed, I could kind of limp with it. It's been a week and there is still pain in my ankle although I can walk and bear my weight on it for the most part if I limp. However, there is no swelling. Could I possibly have a hairline fracture?
