Sitting in my chair, for no reason other that I swallowed, I start coughing like I have something in my throat, it goes on for at least a couple minutes. Then my left arm get tingly and shakes, can't hold on to anything and then I get so dizzy I need to lean back in the chair. It takes a couple minutes for these symptoms to clear before I can stand up.
