canker sores...help

I get pretty frequent canker sores (also called mouth ulcers). I am really healthy apart from this big problem. Anyone got an suggestions?

Kanka. I hate canker sores! Try "Kanka" - you can buy it at most drugstores. It numbs the spot so it doesn't hurt, and heals it really quickly.

Try toothpaste. A friend of mine uses Rembrandt Canker Sore Prevention toothpaste. She says she gets a lot less sores now.
