had a lump come up on the front of my shin feels like a bruise but there is no bruise and i dont remember hitting it. it has been there now almost 2 weeks so i went to the doctor , only i didnt see my doctor , so a doctor assistant , and he told me i just must have bruised it - that blood clots come on the back of the calf and the skin would be warm to touch? is this true . Meanwhile , its still there and tender to touch and i cant help but wonder if its a bloodclot
