can my armpit lymph nodes be removed?

I have 'boils" in my armpit AGAIN.  I know they are more likely than not stress enduced.  I heard that removing the lymph nodes from the armpits is a option to stop the boils from happening.  Is this true, and if so, about how much does it cost to have them removed?
