I woke up this moring and went to the gym to do my work out like always and once I started my cardio I noticed that my left hand was a bit tingly- like I had slept on it wrong. I noticed it at about 6am and it is now almost 9am and it is still tingly. I was diagnosed with severe anemia but my doctor and took the iron pills until my iron levels got up and out of the severe range. I am still anemic but stopped taking the pills because they hurt my stomach. Could anemia cause the tingly feeling in my hand?
