My blood glucose is typically on the low side of normal but has dipped a bit low at times. Today I ran for a short bit, ate a cereal bar and drank a sports drink ("Replenish" a powder mixed with water). A couple hours later I had horrible stomach cramps everytime I stood up. By the time I ate lunch I was feeling a bit shaky/anxious which is typical when I my blood sugar dips. Within a short time after eating I felt fine and have since. Can low blood sugar cause stomach cramps?
