Can an extremely high TSH level (44) cause a low normal white blood count (3.8). All differential percentages are normal

Posted by Una T. Facebook

Hello,

I have had two low WBC readings 3.8 in 2007 and 4.2 in 2009. My TSH levels at the time were 22 and 44 respectivly (high due to not being consistant with thyroid medications). The differential on the 2007 were are within range. The 2009 test didn't have a differential. Can the hight TSH be causing this?

Thanks.
