born with only one internal or external oblique muscle

Posted by quinnley

My daughter was born with either only one internal or external oblique muscle.  Has extreme pain and swelling in groin, thigh, and side with running and sports.  Could this be the cause?  She is 14 and this has been going on for a couple years with no answer.  My husband just recalled being told that she was born with only the one muscle in the center.
