So my finger nails are turning blue..and the finger with the darkest nail now has a weird tingling sensation. my nails are blue regardless of the weather.my fingers are always cold. i also have shortness of breath and lately i find myself trying really hard to catch my breath especially while im lying down. i also got a blood test done which indicated a very low iron content and elevated liver enzymes. please let me know what is wrong with my fingers. and if this could be serious.
Obviously, it has to do with poor blood circulation. You have to consult your doctor about your diet, exercise and your life-style in general. Move, shake, but also visualize your blood flowing in your extremities!
