46 yr old f  been ill 10 mth dr have come up with hyperlipidemia peripheral neuropathy severe hyperreflexia cspine stenosis low rbc high mch tsh 2.72having extreme fatigue leg pain weakness short of breath vision changes migraines memory and concentration prob.hosp. for right vent failure all cardiac tests came back normal have pos for ebv at that time any help appreciated
