Badminton: Warm-up to prevent injury

Badminton is normally taken as a relaxing sport that is not strenuous. However, when played competitively, it becomes important to warm up to avoid sprains and strains. It's best before beginning a game to do a series of jogging, skipping and stretching exercises to stretch the muscles. This goes a long way in avoiding injuries during play.
