Aquatic Exercise Reduces Pain

A recent review in "The Cochran Library" found that for patients suffering from hip or knee osteoarthritis, doing cardiovascular and stretching exercises in warm water (90-97 degrees F) can bring some pain relief and may improve daily function. Many health/fitness facilities and turning up the temperature on one of their pools to accomodate individuals in pain.
