Though apple cider vinegar is produced by fermenting apples and is acidic solution, unlike other acids, if taken in correct quantity and diluted, will not burn you anyways. In fact, one of the characters of apple cider vinegar is burning the fats and not you. Apple cider vinegar is also known as cider vinegar and is often sold unfiltered. The vinegar has brownish-yellow color and it smells typical vinegar.

Apple cider vinegar has drawn everybody’s attention in past few years and the market for this wonderful supplement (yes, we will call it as supplement) is skyrocketing in cosmetic industry. It has alleged benefits on health and beauty but thought it is very popular across the world. The vinegar is very effective in detoxifying various organs and so the systems in our body. Apple cider vinegar is a blood purifier and it helps breaking down the fatty tissues, extra mucous and phlegm deposits from the respiratory tract. It also boosts up kidney, bladder, liver and pancreas functions that help digesting and/or filtering toughest materials if any.
