Are the lumps always there or do they appear for hours or days and go away? They look similar what I get. My wife calls them aliens. My muscles contract in specific areas like that and it may last for hours, days or sometimes weeks. It started accross my stomach, but now effects my legs, arms and chest. Mine are very hard, not always but sometimes very painful muscle contractions
