A few hours after I received my flu shot (not H1N1), my arm began to twitch. This lasted about 24 hours. Why did this happen?

Arm that recieved flu shot twitched for 24 hours.

Shot hurt much more than usual.

Felt very achy and fluish about 5 hours after shot was given.
